Use the A.D.D.I.E. process to determine if training is needed, and then manage the project through the evaluation phase. Develop both eLearning and instructor-led training content. Work with SMEs to ensure the content is accurate and meets all regulations (state and federal). Use Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Leader Guide Pro.

Senior Training Specialist at Duke Energy Corporation
(July 2015 – August 2021)
Designed and developed eLearning courses for the Nuclear fleet. Worked with technical owners to ensure content was accurate. Managed approximately 250 eLearning courses. Initiated a developmental opportunity for a limited number of workers at each site to learn how to create and publish eLearning courses.

Developed training materials for call center operations across all sites (MW, Carolinas, and Florida). Facilitated instructor-led classes. Certified Phone Pro (now called Bonfire) instructor. Segments included Start/Stop Service, Energy Protection, Electric Trouble/Outages, Gas Trouble/Emergencies, and Billing.
